Gaara vs Yashamaru

Gaara makes its first combat against Yashamaru which had been obliged to kill Gaara under the order of Kazekage. Gaara gains this combat easily by using Sabaku Kyuu and keep silent Yashamaru.

Gaara vs Genins de Ame No kuni

With the Chuunin examination, Gaara and its team, to pass the first test, were to take a roller and to go in the center of the forest of death to join a tower. They were confronted with of Genins de Ame No kuni which seemed strong. They launched umbrellas in the air and made them turn thus making rain of the needles (of let us senbons) on their adversaries. But Gaara did not have no need to be driven because its sand shield protects it automatically. It killed them then easily.

Gaara vs Rock Lee

For the third test of the Chuunin examination, or rather during the preliminaries, Gaara was to fight against Genin de Konoha: Lee rock’n'roll. The combat was harder than it did not think bus Rock Lee had a force and an extraordinary speed. First of all, Gaara seemed to have advantage but, when Rock Lee removed the weights which were fixed on its legs, it appeared faster than ever. Sand did not manage any more to follow the astonishing speed of Rock’n'roll Lee, this one so fast that it was successful to strike Gaara. It was the first time that Gaara was wounded, because sand usually automatically protects it from all the physical attacks. After having again touched Gaara, Rock Lee made him Omote Renge (initial lotus, which made large damage) to transpierce the sand armour of Gaara, but unfortunately for Lee, Gaara left his armour and téléporta to the outside. Rock Lee opened then Doors of Chakra (which increases its power considerably to him) and made Ura Renge (Ultimate lotus, very large damage). Gaara which been able to protect itself thanks to its earthenware jar which had been transformed into sand. Finally Gaara made “Sabaku Kyuu” which touched only the leg and the left arm of Lee. Merry, the Master of Lee, stopped the combat to save his favorite disciple.

Gaara vs Uchiwa Sasuke

For the third test of the Chuunin examination, Gaara was confronted with Uchiwa Sasuke. It was a combat very awaited by all the public one. At the beginning of this combat both genins were shown of equal force, but Gaara made a technique which it had kept secret: it was locked up in a very hard sand ball and tackled interior. Sasuke made Chidori, technique which it had just learned thanks to the drive from Kakashi, and transpierced the sand ball. But this ball so hard that it could touch only the shoulder of Gaara. Suddenly the war between the villages started, Temari carried Gaara in the forest to look after it but Sasuke found it. Erudite Sasuke although it could not use the chidori more than 2 times, tried to touch Gaara (which started to be transformed into Shukaku) second once, but the seal of orochimaru awoke and it due to stop the combat.

Gaara vs Naruto

Naruto came to the rescue from Sasuke. To the beginning of the confrontation, Naruto did not carry out any broad, Gaara was turned over then towards sasuke but will sakura put between them to protect sasuke. Gaara have a crisis and remembered its childhood, its painful moments and wondered why she wanted to so much protect the beings which are expensive to them. The crisis of Gaara passed, Naruto made the technique 1000ans pain but it was more one kind of diversion, it planted a kunai (where was stuck an explosive paper) on the level of the tail of Gaara to half transformed. After the explosion of paper, Gaara was very weakens, Naruto benefitted from it to make “Taiju Kage Bunshin No Jutsu” (i.e. the maximum cloning of the shade which creates 1000 clones) and gave him kicks and fists… Gaara, very amoché, was transformed completely into Shukaku. It tried to make “Sabaku Kyuu” on naruto which called upon frog, Gamabunta. Then Gamabunta sank and cut the arm of the shukaku (Gaara control because it is always waked up). Gaara carried out a technique to fall asleep, which made it possible Shukaku to entirely take possession of its body, it launched powerful balls of winds and Gamabunta countered them with water balls. Gamabunta called to Naruto to transform it into something which has hooks and claws so that it can cling to Shukaku so that Naruto can awake Gaara. Naruto reflects very quickly to think of an animal which has hooks and claws, and it thought of Kyuubi. It transformed Gamabunta into Demon fox with nine tails! Naruto jumped of Gamabunta and struck Gaara so that it to awake it. This one woke up and Naruto gave him a blow of head. Gaara took again its normal appearance and the two adversaries launched the final attack. Naruto was fastest and gave a blow of fist in full figure of its adversary. They disappeared both after having touched the ground.

Gaara vs Kimimaro

Many later, Gaara and its team go to the rescue of Genins de Konoha ordered by Shikamaru. The latter had the role of finding Sasuke but they fell on Ninjas from Oto No kuni, the village of the sound. Gaara comes to assistance of Lee, and one whom been able to see that the mentality of Gaara had completely changed. Now he did not want to kill everyone any more. He fought himself to save Lee, but its adversary was serious. Kimimaro fights with its bones, it can leave there its flesh and to change their density, it is a hereditary technique. But Gaara was not afraid of the whole, and it had new combats. First of all, Kimimaro attacked it with small bones of fingers which it sent as kunais. Gaara did not have anything to fear thanks to its sand shield. It made him Sabaku Sousou but that was not sufficient to kill it. Then it made a new technique: Ryuusa Bakuryu. At this point in time Kimimaro changed thanks to the seal of orochimaru, attacked Gaara and touched it. Kimimaro removed its spinal column to make a sword of it. It enclosed Gaara and Lee with his tail but sand protected them. Kimimaro then manufactured a lance on its arm but Gaara called upon a made giant sand shield. Gaara inserted then Kimimaro with 200 meters of depth. Kimimaro which been able to escape from it but Gaara and Lee did not know anything of it. Those Ci thought that the combat was finished. Kimimaro attacked them by surprised but he died suddenly because of his disease of blood.

Gaara vs Members of the Akatsuki

Members of the akatsuki want Gaara for the demon Itchibi (a tail, the shukaku) as for naruto the kyuubi (nine tails). It east will deidara which will attack the village of Suna by the airs: it uses special jutsus, and makes leave the birds and the spiders explosives by a kind of mouth which is in the palm of its hand. First of all, it infiltrated the village easily by killing three guards with 3 explosive spiders. But Gaara appeared in front of it and attacked it. It flew away in the airs with sand. As it was in its village which is surrounded by deserts, there are tons of sand at its disposal: it made a great sand tidal wave and made leave 3 arms the shukaku to attack it and encircled. But the adversary sent 2 birds even faster which sank on Gaara. This one was protected by forming its ball from sand with the third eye to see with the outside. Then it made a new technique: Sabakurou (sand prison), the purpose of which is to lock up its enemy in sand. But Deidara escaped from it. However it was bus Gaara too late made him Sabaku Sousou which broke an arm with the member of the akatsuki. Deidara, without Gaara realizing some had put clay in its sand to him. It sent then a large bomb which fell on the village, Gaara formed an enormous shield which was as large as the entire village. Unfortunately, Gaara had not paid attention to a bird which it had sent at the same time as the bomb, it closed again its ball quickly. Do not forget that Deidara had slipped of clay into its ball! This clay exploded then and Gaara fell into the vacuum. The akatsuki had made a success of its mission: to capture Gaara.
